Accommodation
The Stansvik Manor and park area is located just a 15-minute ferry ride from Helsinki's Meritullintori, and a 10-minute walk from the Kruunuvuorenranta pier. Public transport (HSL) tickets are valid for the ferry ride. The manor is also easily accessible by car or other form of public transport, such as metro and bus. Free parking is available.
During the 2025 season, four different houses are available for rent: the Main Building, Engel, the Maids' House (Piikojen talo), and Honkapirtti. In total, these accommodations can host up to 46 guests.
Due to preservation regulations, the accommodation buildings retain some of their original character, but they are clean and cozy. Except of the Main Building, the buildings do not have their own water facilities such as toilets. There are shared toilets and showers available in the area. Please note that rooms or apartments are not rented individually – each building is rented in its entirety to one group at a time. However, the rates are very reasonable: for the price of a high-end double room in the city center, you can rent an entire house in the peaceful Stansvik manor and park area! Whether it's a big family, a bachelor/bachelorette party group, a wedding party, or a school class – there's room for everyone, at the same flat rate!
In the manor area, you'll also find a SUP, canoe, and kayak rental, as well as a couple of small sandy beaches. Guests can also play tennis on the manor's private tennis court. Don't miss the nature trail around Stansvik and the nearby Tahvonlahti Ridge Nature Reserve – it's a must-see!
Restaurant Stansvik is one of the area's most popular lunch spots and event venues. It is located right by the sea. You can find more information about the restaurant here! Guests staying overnight can rent the beach sauna at an affordable hourly rate.

Welcome to Stansvik!
ENGEL
Engel is a beautiful accommodation building from the late 1800s, located between the manor's main building and the Eastern Harbor. Engel features a total of seven rooms and can accommodate up to 12 guests at a time. All accommodation is on the ground floor; the rooms on the second floor are not in use.
The house includes a fridge/freezer, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and disposable tableware. Two outdoor grills are available by the sea, just west of Restaurant Stansvik. Please note that there is no running water inside the building – water for tea or instant coffee must be carried from a nearby water point. The water is safe to drink. Toilet and shower facilities are located approximately 50 meters away in a separate maintenance building.
Engel is available for accommodation between May 1st and September 30th. Please note that the price includes rental of the entire house.

MAIDS' HOUSE (PIIKOJEN TALO)
The Maids' House (Piikojen talo) is located on the western edge of the manor grounds, close to the parking area and restaurant, yet offering its own peaceful setting. The house includes a total of six rooms and accommodates up to 12 guests in double rooms. All accommodation is on ground level. The building consists of four studio apartments and one two-room apartment, each with a private entrance.
The house includes a fridge/freezer, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and disposable tableware. Two outdoor grills are available by the sea, west of Restaurant Stansvik. Please note that there is no running water inside the building – water for tea or instant coffee must be carried from a nearby water point. The water is safe to drink. Toilet and shower facilities are located about 70 meters away in a separate maintenance building.
Accommodation is available from May 1st to September 30th. Please note that the price includes rental of the entire house.

HONKAPIRTTI
Honkapirtti is a charming two-room, full-log cottage for two guests, located on its own plot near the shoreline. It's tucked away in a peaceful spot about 150 meters from the manor restaurant and shared toilet and shower facilities, offering privacy just outside the central manor area.
The cottage features a private kitchen equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. Both cold and warm summer water are available in the cottage. At the back, there's a covered stone terrace with views of the forest and the sea. The terrace is furnished with outdoor seating for four and a gas grill with accessories. There's also an outdoor shower in the backyard. Free parking is available directly on the property.
Accommodation is available from May 1st to September 30th.
