The Stansvik Manor area is one of Helsinki's most beautiful manor and park areas and one of its most notable natural sites. This culturally and historically significant and valuable manor is located in the Kruunuvuorenranta district of Laajasalo, Helsinki.

The restaurant and main building of Stansvik Manor are popular venues for celebrations, events, functions, and meetings. Events can be organized year-round.

Restaurant Stansvik is open to the public every weekday as a lunch restaurant and with extended hours and weekend service during the summer season from early May to the end of September. Have you already tried the Manor's buffet lunch?

The facilities are also available for private events – all year round! The restaurant can host up to 175 guests indoors and 80 on the terrace at the same time. The manor's main building is suitable for events of up to 50 people.

The Stansvik Manor area includes 14 buildings, the most notable being the manor's main building, the restaurant, the Steward's House, Engel, the Maids' House, the Farmhands' House, and the beach sauna. Some of the buildings also offer accommodation. During the 2025 season, accommodation is available for up to 46 people.

At Stansvik you can eat, drink, swim, enjoy the sauna, paddleboard, play tennis, kayak, stay overnight, and wander in a unique natural setting – with excellent transport connections, less than five kilometers from Helsinki's Market Square as the crow flies!

Restaurant Stansvik

Restaurant Stansvik is a cozy and spacious seaside restaurant with seating for 175 indoors and 80 on the terrace. The restaurant is open to the public year-round: daily from the beginning of May to the end of September, and on weekdays during the winter season. A lunch buffet is served every weekday. The restaurant is accessible.

Accommodation

The manor area features several buildings, some of which are used for accommodation during the summer. The buildings, dating back to the 19th and 20th centuries, exude classic manor-style charm. Currently, accommodation is available for 46 guests. Guests can rent the beach sauna at an affordable price.

Guest Marina

The manor area features two harbors. The West Bay Harbor has mooring buoys for approximately 20 boats and one side mooring spot for a large vessel. The East Bay Harbor offers five mooring buoys and one side mooring spot for a large boat. Overnight boating groups can rent the beach sauna at an affordable rate. Electricity is available at both harbors. Guests also have access to shared toilet and shower facilities.

Private Events at the Restaurant

Restaurant Stansvik is an excellent venue for weddings, celebrations, birthdays, meetings, and other events throughout the year. The indoor space can accommodate 175 guests at individual dining tables. The seaside terrace offers room for around 80 people to relax and enjoy the view.

Private Events at the Main Building

The manor's main building is available for private events year-round, just like the restaurant building. It offers excellent spaces for celebrations and gatherings of up to 50 people. The ground floor also features a small stage and an audience area. Eat, drink, celebrate, meet, sauna, swim – and even stay the night!

The Sauna

It's said that the sauna at Stansvik Manor offers "almost the best 'löylys' in the world." Located right by the sea, the sauna features a generously sized cooling-off terrace. A hot tub, private beach, and long swimming pier complete the experience. The changing rooms are spacious, and the sauna is extremely popular – all year round. In winter, there's even an ice hole for cold plunges.
